Charles Stanley Group PLC03 January 2007 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that a formeremployee has acquired a total sum of 9,791 ordinary shares of 25 pence each asthe result of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You EarnScheme at a price of 96 pence per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange fortrading.
