ASOS PLC24 March 2005 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") Additional Listing Options over a total of 157,750 ordinary shares of the Company were exercisedtoday. Accordingly, application has today been made for a total of 157,750 newordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The 157,750 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected tocommence on 4 April 2005.
