Total S.A.29 November 2007 Application has been made by TOTAL S.A. to the UK Listing Authority and theLondon Stock Exchange for the admission of 874,373 ordinary shares of Total S A,par value 2.5 euros per share: (i) 668,099 shares were issued in 2006 (from Mayto December 2006), par value 2.5 euros per share, in connection with theexercise of Total S.A.'s share subscription option plans, (ii) 206,274 shareswere issued in 2006 (from May to December 2006), par value of 2.5 euros, inconnection with the exchange guarantee granted to Elf Aquitaine employees.
