ADDITIONAL LISTING

The Company has made application for a blocklisting of 2,362,891 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Shares"), which when issued will rank pari passu with the existing Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be blocklisted for issue pursuant to the exercise of SOCO International plc Warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in share capital of the Company.
