Statpro Group PLC30 March 2007 30 March 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Additional Listing StatPro announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of28,100 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), issued inconnection with the acquisition of exchangeable shares in FRI Corporation("FRI") retained by FRI's management, as detailed in the Company's announcementdated 27 September 2006. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with theCompany's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commenceon 4 April 2007. Following admission of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 52,634,420ordinary shares in issue.
