Eckoh PLC08 March 2007 Eckoh plc Additional Listing Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") has issued 337,702 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant to theexercise of Eckoh share options. An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM hasbeen made and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Tuesday 13March 2007. The board of Eckoh announces that following the purchase of 53,846,084 ordinaryshares pursuant to the purchase contract, and the issue of 337,702 ordinaryshares referred to above, Eckoh now has in issue 195,759,576 ordinary shares of0.25p each.
