Imagination Technologies Group PLC23 November 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 3,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 1,000,000 shares to be issued under theInternational Share Option Scheme and 2,000,000 shares to be issued under the UKExecutive Share Option Scheme.
