Fenner PLC01 December 2005 Fenner PLC Application was made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchangefor 127,536 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for ListedSecurities having been previously reserved under a Block Listing. The new Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of options. The Ordinary Shares were issued on 24 November 2005.
