Additional Listing
Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an additional listing of 99,713 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each in the capital of Inmarsat plc to satisfy awards made under the Company's Performance Share Award, relating to the vesting of shares under the 2016 award. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission of these shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 25 March 2019.
The figure of 463,580,610 may be used from 25 March 2019 by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
