Yoomedia PLC01 September 2006 YooMedia plc ("YooMedia" or "the Company") Placing The Company is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised £700,000(gross) through a placing of 35,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each with anexisting institutional shareholder at 2p per share. As part of the placing, theplacee will receive warrants to subscribe for 3,900,000 new ordinary shares at1.75p per share, exerciseable at any time until three years from issue. Thenet funds raised will provide additional working capital.
