Work Group plc20 September 2006 Work Group plc ('Work') Additional listing Work announces that 300,000 new Work ordinary shares of 2p each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share options. These New Ordinary Shares will be subject to the lock in provisions for option holders set out in the Admission document dated 23 February 2006. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Work will have 24,179,707 ordinary shares of 2p each in issue.
