Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 153,529 ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected admission will be granted on 27 May 2008 and trading will commence on 28 May 2008.
These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options under the Land Securities Savings Related Share Option Scheme (24,893 shares) and the Land Securities Executive Share Option Scheme (128,636 shares).
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
