Victoria Oil & Gas PLC18 November 2005 18 November 2005 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("the Company") announces that it has allotted a further2,339,664 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company. The Ordinary Shares havebeen allotted as vendor consideration at the second completion stage inaccordance with the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement relating to theacquisition of the Kemerkol oil field in the Atyrau Oblast in the Republic ofKazakhstan. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existingissued Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the LondonStock Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected thatdealings will commence on 22 November 2005.
