Blocklisting Application

Synergy Health plc announces that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for 700,000 ordinary shares of 0.625p each ("the New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and has also applied for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange. The applications comprise a block listing relating to the Synergy Health plc "Long Term Incentive Plan" and the "Save As You Earn" scheme.

The New Ordinary Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on or around 27 June 2014.
