easyJet PLC14 June 2006 easyJet plc Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for 200,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admittedto the Official List. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issuedpursuant to the following schemes: 100,000 shares under the easyJet Non Approved Discretionary Share Option Scheme; 100,000 shares under the easyJet Approved Discretionary Share Option Scheme. It is expected admission will be granted on 15 June 2006 and that trading willcommence on 16 June 2006. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares.
