BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Chippenham, UK, 30 September 2021: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC; "Vectura" or "the Company"), announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,634,000 new ordinary shares of 0.0271 pence each.

The application is in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the following Vectura Group Share Plans:
