Innovation Group PLC30 January 2007 30 January 2007 THE INNOVATION GROUP PLC Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA') and the LondonStock Exchange for the block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 penceeach fully paid ('Ordinary Shares'), to trade on the London Stock Exchange andbe admitted to the Official List of the UKLA. It is expected that the admissionof these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 31 January 2007. TheseOrdinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares ofthe Company. These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of future exercises ofoptions under the Performance Share Plan.
