AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP PLC

Aga Foodservice Group plc announces the allotment of 1 ordinary share of 28 ¢â€¦â€º pence. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for its admission to Trading and to the Official List.

Listing is expected to become effective on 9th May 2008.

This share, which ranks pari passu with the Existing Ordinary Shares, has been issued so that the number of New Ordinary Shares in issue after the Share Consolidation is a whole number.

All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the circular to Shareholders dated 28th March 2008.
