BAE SYSTEMS PLC10 May 2007 A listing application has been made by BAE Systems plc (the "Company") for174,418,605 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company to be admitted tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London StockExchange plc's main market for listed securities. The shares will be issuedfully paid and will rank equally in all respects with the existing ordinaryshares of the Company, including the right to receive all future dividends andother distributions, other than the final dividend for the year ended 31December 2006 of 6.9 pence per ordinary share announced on 22 February 2007.
