AMEC PLC22 June 2006 AMEC plc -------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange Plc for a total of 600,000 Ordinary shares of 50p each ("shares")to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 26 June 2006 and that tradingwill commence 27 June 2006.
