Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 240,000 ordinary shares of 50p each of AMEC plc to be admitted to the Official List. The shares are fully paid and are to be issued pursuant to the SAYE Share Option Plan.
The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital of the company.
