iPoint announces that, following receipt of the valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 76,416,811 shares in the capital of ANV representing, in aggregate, approximately 88.43 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital, it has issued, conditional on admission, 9,703,691 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 February 2007.
