LogicaCMG plcApplication has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares")to be admitted to the Official List.These shares are being reserved under three block listings, 900,000 ordinaryshares in association with the exercise of options under the Company's 1996Executive Share Option Scheme, 50,000 ordinary shares will be issued pursuantto the LogicaCMG 2005 UK Sharesave Plan and 50,000 will be issued pursuant tothe LogicaCMG 2005 International Sharesave Plan.When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinaryshares.EndENDLOGICACMG PLCRelated Shares:
