The Company has made application for the admission of 20,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options. Dealings are expected to commence on 11 January 2010. The total number of shares in issue following exercise of these options is 120,242,500 ordinary shares.
