Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 3 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Official List.
The 3 Ordinary Shares are being issued in order that the issued share capital of the Company is divisible by ten for the purpose of the forthcoming Capital Reorganisation, which is expected to become effective on 2 April 2009.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
