Block Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued and allotted under the Carpetright plc Save As You Earn scheme.
The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Carpetright plc.
