BTG PLC30 July 2007 BTG plc Block Listing Application Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for a Block Listing of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ofBTG plc to be admitted to the Official List. 2,600,000 shares are to beissued in respect of the Issuer's BTG Employee Share Option Scheme; 400,000shares are to be issued in respect of the Issuer's BTG SAYE Schemes.
