GB Group PLC05 April 2005 GB Group Plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options and Additional Listing The Company announces today that a former employee of the Company has exercisedoptions over a total of 61,374 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company("Shares") under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme. The exerciseprices of the options are as follows: 42,118 shares at 7.6 pence per share;17,586 shares at 11.6 pence per share; and1,670 shares at 15.8 pence per share. Accordingly, an application has been made for 61,374 new Shares to be admittedto the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange'smarket for listed securities and dealings are expected to commence on 11 April2005.
