De La Rue PLC06 October 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 500,000 Ordinary shares of 27 7/9p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 300,000 shares to be issued under the De La RueExecutive Share Option Scheme/Plan and 200,000 shares to be issued under the DeLa Rue Sharesave Scheme.
