Booker Group plc ("the Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a block listing of 16,734,736 ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of PSP and SAYE share options. The block listing is allocated to the following share option schemes as follows:

Booker Group plc Performance Share Plan 2008 - 8,644,587 ordinary shares

Booker Group plc Savings Related Share Option Plan 2014 - 8,090,149 ordinary shares

On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
