SDL PLC20 April 2005 SDL plc 20 April 2005 Additional Listing In April 2003 SDL acquired the Lomac group of companies. In accordance with theterms of the sale and purchase agreement, SDL has issued the second tranche ofOrdinary Shares in SDL to the former owners of Lomac, being part of the deferredconsideration. A total of 575,110 shares, ranking pari passu with existing shares, are due tobe issued over the next year, including 287,554 shares now issued as of 18 April2004. Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to the OfficialList and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to be on22 April.
