ADDITIONAL LISTING
The Company has made application for a block listing of 30,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Shares"), which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The shares will be issued pursuant to any future exercise of options granted under the SOCO 1997 Company Share Option Plan.
