Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Approved Share Option Scheme December 2004 and Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme July 2008 grants, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 11,115 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List. 

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 25th September 2009.
