Wichford plc29 January 2008 Wichford P.L.C. ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange plc for the additional listing of 58,893 ordinary shares of 10p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to beadmitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. The above mentionedOrdinary Shares will be issued to satisfy the performance fee payable under theterms of the property advisers agreement with Wichford Property ManagementLimited for the period 28 June 2004 to 30 September 2005. All of the OrdinaryShares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of theCompany.
