Application for Additional Listings
Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 940,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in SDL PLC. These shares will be allotted and issued in due course upon the exercise of options pursuant to the Company's obligations under the SDL plc 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan and SDL Sharesave Scheme.
These shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 23 March 2011.
