Unite Group PLC03 March 2008 The Unite Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 32,900 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 5 March 2008 and trading willcommence on 6 March 2008. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underThe UNITE Group plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme (19,997 Ords), and the UNITE Group plc Approved Share Option Scheme (12,903Ords).
