ADDITIONAL LISTING

The announcement set out below replaces the announcement headed "Additional Listing" released on 10 October 2012.

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 8,255 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 12 October 2012 and trading will commence 15 October 2012.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options under The UNITE Group plc Approved Share Option Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
