On 3 December 2015 Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) (the "Company") issued 3,458,926 new ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of £2.6900 pence per share pursuant to deferred consideration payments in relation to the acquisition of Investment Management businesses by Brewin Dolphin Limited, the principal operating company.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 3,458,926 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading. It is expected that trading will commence on 9 December 2015. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
