Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for the block listing of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.

The ordinary shares are to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan.
