Cobham PLC26 April 2005 Cobham plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchangeand UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a blocklisting of 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each. These shares, which rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time totime in accordance with the exercise of options under the Cobham Savings RelatedShare Option Scheme (1994).
