Numis Corporation PLC23 March 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") Share options The Board of Numis announces that, on 22 March 2005, it approved the issue andallotment of 725,000 (0.70%) Numis shares to the Numis Employee Share Trust at aprice of 41.4p per share. This follows the surrender of options over 725,000 Numis shares and the grant ofoptions over 725,000 Numis shares held by the Trust on the same terms, asfollow: Number of options over Numis Subscription price Latest exercise date shares 725,000 41.4p 21 December 2010 The new Numis shares will rank pari passu with all existing Numis shares.Application will be made for admission of the new Numis shares to trading on theAlternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings areexpected to commence on 31 March 2005.
