Zamano PLC01 August 2007 Zamano plc ("zamano" or "the Group") Additional Listing and Exercise of Options The Company has today made application for the admission of 182,000 new ordinaryshares to be issued to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") and the IEX Market of the Irish Stock Exchange ("IEX"). The new ordinaryshares have been issued as a result of the exercise of the equivalent number ofshare options in the Company. The share options were exercised at a price of€0.001 per new ordinary share. Admission of the new ordinary shares to AIM andthe IEX is expected to take place on 7 August 2007.
