JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITED ("JMH") ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SHARES UNDER THE SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEMEJMH announces that application has been made for an additional listing of 97 JMH ordinary shares at US$0.25 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 12th June 2009. The additional 97 ordinary shares were allotted at a scrip price of US$20.16584 per share on the Jersey Branch Register pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme of JMH in respect of its 2008 Final Dividend paid on 13th May 2009. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of JMH. The total issued share capital of JMH following this issue is 634,782,120 shares.
