Beazley Group PLC29 August 2006 Additional Listing Beazley Group plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for a total of 416,310 ordinary shares of 5p each to beadmitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading. 191,586 ordinaryshares of 5p each have been issued and allotted by the Company following anexercise of options pursuant to the Beazley Group plc 2003 SAYE scheme on 5 July2006. The balance of 224,724 ordinary shares of 5p each are to be listed under ablock listing pursuant to the Beazley Group plc 2003 SAYE scheme. It is expectedthat admission will occur and trading will commence on 1 September 2006. Theshares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
