Vodafone Group Plc20 November 2007 Vodafone Group Plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange Plc for a total of 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.11 3/7 eachin the capital of the Company ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 23 November 2007 and tradingwill commence on 26 November 2007. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issuedpursuant to the rules of the Vodafone Group 1998 Sharesave Scheme.
