Armour Group PLC14 December 2005 Armour Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made for 240,300 new ordinary shares of 10 pence eachto be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of 240,300 options atan exercise price of 14p per share held under the Armour Group plc 1998 ShareSave Scheme. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existingordinary shares and trading is expected to commence on 20 December 2005.
