JJB Sports PLC29 June 2007 JJB Sports Plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 649,200 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 3 July 2007 and trading willcommence on 4 July 2007. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe 1999 Unapproved Share Option scheme. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
