Speedy Hire PLC17 February 2005 Speedy Hire PlcApplication for Admission Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the blocklisting of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each("Shares") in the Company. These Shares will be allotted pursuant to theCompany's SAYE Scheme upon the exercise of options. Options under this schemewill normally be exercisable during a six month period commencing on 1 February2008. Upon admission, these Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting shares in issue.
