Tullow Oil PLC05 January 2007 TULLOW OIL plc (the "Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish StockExchange for a total of 64,998,817 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital ofthe Company, to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority andto the official list of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been madeto the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. Theseshares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of theCompany. The new ordinary shares are being issued in relation to the Company'sacquisition of Hardman Resources Limited and dealings are expected to commenceon 9 January 2007.
