ADDITIONAL LISTING
The Company has made application for an additional listing of 40,652 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Shares"), which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The shares will be issued pursuant to an exercise of warrants to subscribe for 40,652 Shares at £0.55 per Share.
